Job Description:
Our client is a leading healthcare organization dedicated to
providing exceptional patient care and improving healthcare
outcomes. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Financial
Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This position offers an
exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization's financial
analysis and decision-making processes, with a specific focus on
utilizing SQL expertise within the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize SQL and other data analysis tools to extract, manipulate,
and analyze large datasets related to financial and operational
metrics.
Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and stored procedures to
support financial reporting and decision-making processes.
Create and maintain accurate and timely financial reports,
dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for various
stakeholders.
Financial Planning and Budgeting:
Assist in the development and preparation of financial budgets,
forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data,
validate assumptions, and provide insights to support budgeting and
forecasting activities.
Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgeted targets,
identifying trends, and recommending corrective actions as
necessary.
Financial Modeling and Analysis:
Build financial models to support strategic initiatives, capital
investment decisions, and cost optimization efforts within the
healthcare industry.
Conduct financial analyses, including profitability analysis,
variance analysis, and financial feasibility studies, to identify
areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to
support strategic decision-making at both operational and executive
levels.
Healthcare Data Analysis:
Leverage healthcare-specific data sources and knowledge to analyze
reimbursement patterns, claims data, and other relevant financial
information.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in
revenue cycle management, cost control, and financial performance
within the healthcare domain.
Stay up to date with industry regulations and trends related to
healthcare finance, reimbursement methodologies, and data reporting
requirements.
Compensation: $70k-$80k
