something extraordinary. We’re seeking a future team member for the
role of Fund Reporting - IC2 to join our Fund Accounting team. This
role is located in Lake Mary FL In this role, you’ll make an impact
in the following ways: • Prepares and reviews accounting statements
on behalf of clients. • Assists in working with auditors and
clients to ensure statements are accurately produced and verified
on a timely basis. • Reviews fund balance sheet, income statement,
statement of cash flows, and statement of shareholders equity to
ensure reported numbers are reconciled. • Drafts accounting
statements and reports, incorporating fund calculations, for
clients to review fund performance. • Ensures completeness and
accuracy of disclosure and that financial reports meet Corporate
and applicable regulatory standards. • Assists in collaborating
with auditors and clients to make changes to financial reports and
ensure they accurately depict fund performance. • Assists in
developing materials for presentation to Board of Directors. •
Escalates more complex accounting discrepancies to senior team
members. • Provides guidance to less experienced team members and
may have people management responsibilities in some geographies. •
Contributes to the achievement of team objectives. To be successful
in this role, we’re seeking the following: • Bachelor’s degree in
accounting or the equivalent combination of education and
experience. • 3-5 years of total work experience preferred. •
Experience in accounting preferred. • Ability to collaborate
effectively with auditors, clients, and internal teams. • People
leadership experience (if applicable) or willingness to provide
