Administrative Assistant to support our Donor Services team. This
full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping
operations organized, communicating with teams, and ensuring the
day runs smoothly. Overview In this role, you’ll perform a variety
of routine and advanced clerical and administrative tasks to keep
our Donor Services Department running efficiently. You’ll assist
with scheduling, reporting, software support, and general office
coordination. We’re looking for someone who brings prior
administrative or clerical experience , a proactive attitude, and
strong organizational skills. Responsibilities Managing day-to-day
scheduling within the Phlebotomy Communicating with group contacts
regarding scheduling needs when the Phlebotomy Manager is
unavailable Providing project support to the Regional Director
Compiling and maintaining daily, monthly, and annual reports
Supporting department software, including basic training and
troubleshooting Qualifications Education & Experience High school
diploma or equivalent 1–2 years of administrative or general office
experience required Skills & Abilities Strong organizational skills
and the ability to manage workload effectively Ability to follow
written and verbal instructions Clear communication skills in
spoken and written English Basic computer proficiency, including
Microsoft Office Physical & Work Environment Requirements Light
physical activity may be required (lifting up to 20 lbs.) Extended
time at a computer or workstation Indoor office environment with
