Job Description Job Description This role will maintain two hotel properties, ensuring excellent physical condition. responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical/mechanical repairs, and pool/spa maintenance, all while adhering to safety protocols. We're looking for proactive, highly motivated team members who are passionate about hospitality and dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences. Benefits: Insurance Paid time off 401k Dailypay Team member hotel rates. Key responsibilities: Perform general repairs (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC). Conduct routine pool/spa maintenance and assist with preventive maintenance. Utilize quore software for logging repairs and communication. Adhere to all safety and compliance standards (lock out/tag out, pci, fire, osha). Maintain grounds and assist with seasonal tasks. Provide excellent guest service and contribute to a positive team environment. Qualifications: 2 years in maintenance (hospitality experience preferred). Proficiency in basic repairs; familiarity with maintenance software. Ability to lift 75 lbs, stand/walk entire shift, and perform strenuous tasks. Flexibility in scheduling (24/7 operation).
