for experienced technicians to grow with us. We are currently
seeking a dependable, skilledHVAC Service Technician to join our
Orlando team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of HVAC
service experience and takes pride in delivering exceptional
workmanship and customer service. New construction experience is a
plus. Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 5:00 PM Rotating on-call
schedule shared weekly among the service team Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, service, repair, and install HVAC systems Read and
interpret blueprints and technical diagrams Deliver a high level of
customer satisfaction on every call Maintain a clean, safe, and
professional worksite Keep company vehicle clean and organized
Follow all company safety policies and quality standards Arrive on
time, work independently when needed, and contribute as a team
player Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years HVAC service experience
Must own required tools for daily service work Strong communication
and customer service skills Valid Florida drivers license with a
clean driving record (21 for insurance) Ability to pass background
check and drug screening Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving
