monitoring equipment and vehicles Conducting moisture readings and
assessments Creating and implementing drying plans Placing
containment Understanding a written mold protocol Passing the
post-remediation verification (PRV) testing Following best
practices and all IICRC S500 and S520 guidelines Maintaining
photographic and written documentation Warehouse organization and
maintenance Job Requirements: Applicants must be reliable, driven,
customer-oriented, and willing to be part of a team. Strong
customer service and communication skills. Ability to follow
detailed directions. Basic understanding of technology and computer
skills. A valid drivers license and clean driving record are
required. Must have a clean criminal background (no felony
