Known for having the shortest wait time of all emergency facilities in the area, this large health system facility specializes in cardiovascular care, oncology, wound therapy, and more. The Center also recently opened two state-of-the-art, freestanding emergency rooms.
  
  Position Summary:
  
  Responsible to provide comprehensive assessment, planning, monitoring, and evaluation for compliance with accreditation and regulatory agencies including any state licensing standards.
  Qualifications:
  Education/ License/ Certification:
  
  • RN license in the State of Florida
  • CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) OR CHCQM (Diplomate in American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; Post Graduate Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field required or in process
    Experience/ Skills
    • 3-5 years Quality Leadership experience required
    • 5 to 7 years Hospital-based experience required
    • Demonstrated success and abilities in leadership, achieving results, communications, customer service and health care management.
