• Anesthesia Care Team model of 10 Anesthesiologists and 22 CRNAs
• Case mix includes General, Ortho, Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, OB, GI, Endo
• Flexible work schedule: 10s, 12s, 14s, with occasional 16s and 24s available
• No Call requirement. PRN rate offered if clinician offers to pick-up extra shift.
• ? CRNAs are able to do A-lines, push own meds and perform some PNBs with demonstrated proficiency. Cardiac work available if desired.Incentive/Benefits Package:
  • Top of market, tiered compensation based on years' of experience
  • Annual Geographic stipend $20K
  • $45K Start Date Bonus with 3 year commitment plus relocation assistance
  • Cardiac stipend of $15K available with supporting case logs
  • NEW Time Away from Practice policy allows for more time off for our caregivers to use at their discretion
  • Immediate 8 to 10 weeks' time off based on completed months of service available
