Job Description Job Description A pharmacy is seeking a licensed pharmacist to provide essential pharmaceutical services on a per diem basis. This opportunity is ideal for a local pharmacist based in or near Apopka, FL, who is seeking a flexible schedule with consistent weekday hours. Schedule / Hours: Wednesday through Friday, June 35, 2026, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (8.5 hours per day) Monday through Friday, June 812, 2026, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, June 1519, 2026, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, June 2226, 2026, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM Total of 153 hours over the contract period Responsibilities: Accurately dispense prescription medications in accordance with pharmacy laws and regulations Consult with healthcare providers and patients to review prescriptions and address inquiries Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality Monitor inventory and assist with restocking medications and supplies Participate in quality assurance and compliance programs Qualifications: Current, active Florida pharmacist license Recent experience as a pharmacist preferred Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills Familiarity with pharmacy systems and software Location: Position based near Apopka, FL; candidate must be local and not require lodging or significant travel This per diem role offers an opportunity to maintain a flexible work schedule while providing critical pharmacy services in a dynamic environment.
