Job Description AHMG Health Optimization Center – Celebration \n
Nurse Practitioner, ARNP or Physician Assistant, PA-C \n Full Time
Position \n Team Collaboration: \n Coordinate with a
multidisciplinary team, including surgeons, dietitians, physical
therapists, and mental health experts, to ensure cohesive and
comprehensive patient care in the following areas: \n • Exercise
Programs: Monitor personalized exercise plans to enhance
cardiovascular health, insulin sensitivity, and weight management.
\n • Nutritional Guidance: Collaborate with dietitians to create
tailored dietary plans that address individual metabolic needs. \n
• Mental Health Support: Partner with mental health professionals
to support patients in managing stress, anxiety, and other
psychological factors. . \n • ongoing support and motivation. \n
Knowledge and Skills Required: \n • Ability to establish and
maintain effective working relationships with employees, patients,
parents and hospital medical staff \n • Enthusiastic team player \n
• Willingness to learn \n • Flexible, adaptable to change \n •
Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal
abilities, and proficiency in developing personalized care plans.
\n • Compassionate, collaborative, and committed to whole patient
care \n Schedule Details: \n • Outpatient Schedule: Monday-Friday
\n • Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM \n • Open to flex schedules that include
weekends, 4-10hour shifts, and extended hours \n • Campus: AH
Celebration \n Required Education/Experience : \n • Master’s degree
in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant studies \n • Preferred
in metabolic health, surgical optimization, cardiology or related
fields. \n Licensure, Certification, and Registration: \n •
Current, valid Florida APRN or PA license or ability to obtain \n •
ANCC, AANP or NCCPA certification required. \n • Current BLS and
ACLS
