In this vital role, the successful candidate will coordinate comprehensive care for patients while ensuring adherence to the highest standards of medical treatment. This position not only requires excellent clinical skills but also strong leadership qualities to manage the ambulatory care staff and enhance operational efficiency. Coordinate nursing operations and activities within the ambulatory department to ensure efficient patient care. Implement nursing policies and procedural standards that comply with regulatory requirements. Monitor patient care processes to identify areas of improvement and implement best practices. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, evaluate, and optimize outpatient care plans. Engage in direct patient care as needed, assessing conditions and applying appropriate interventions. Participate in the mentoring and training of new staff, fostering a supportive work environment. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calm and focus Deep understanding of outpatient care processes and regulations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
