This position demands a high level of technical proficiency in sonography as well as excellent patient interaction skills, ensuring patient comfort and safety during procedures. Perform diagnostic medical sonography as ordered by physicians. Ensure accurate and comprehensive recording of ultrasound data. Discuss procedures with patients, answering any questions and ensuring their comfort. Maintain sonography equipment, reporting any malfunctions promptly. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care. Adhere to all safety and privacy regulations within the ultrasound lab.
