scenes? BrightStar Care is seeking a Field Support Registered Nurse
(RN) who will play a key role in supporting our home health team
and ensuring exceptional care for every client we serve. In this
unique and rewarding role, you’ll provide one-on-one care to
clients in their homes while also serving as a trusted clinical
resource for our care team. You’ll have the opportunity to shadow
and support our field nurses , get to know all of our clients
personally, and fill in on cases when needed to maintain continuity
of care. When not in the field, you may assist with clinical
orientation and training for new nurses and provide occasional
support in the office . This is a dynamic position for a
compassionate RN who enjoys variety in their day, building
relationships, and being a go-to resource for both patients and
peers. Responsibilities What You’ll Do Deliver personalized,
one-on-one nursing care to clients in their homes. Assist with
clinical orientation and training for new nurses joining the
BrightStar team. Support office operations by collaborating with
the clinical and scheduling teams as needed. Implement
individualized care plans with sound clinical judgment and
documentation accuracy. Promote safety, quality, and compliance
with all BrightStar Care and state nursing standards. Required

multistate license valid in Florida Minimum 1 year of pediatric
