benefits starting Day 1 Job Description About the Role We are
seeking an experienced Float Pool RN (Med-Surg) to deliver
exceptional patient care across multiple medical-surgical units
within an acute care hospital. This role requires strong clinical
skills, adaptability, and the ability to quickly adjust to
different unit workflows. Available Shifts Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00
AM (Rotating Weekends) Important Notes Must live within 60 minutes
of the facility. Comfortable with a 7:1 nurse-to-patient ratio .
In-person interview required (shadowing, tour, and admin
interview). Key Responsibilities Provide patient-centered care
across multiple med-surg units. Assess, plan, and implement nursing
interventions. Adapt to varying unit workflows and collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams. Serve as a patient and family advocate
while maintaining confidentiality. Comply with all hospital safety,
quality, and regulatory standards. Qualifications 1 years recent
acute care Med-Surg RN experience required. Willingness to float
between multiple units. Active Florida RN license or multistate
compact eligibility. BLS required within 30 days of hire. AHCA
Level 2 background screening & fingerprinting required. Candidates
with 3 years of RN experience & a compact license must apply for a
