be. Youll join a clinic in Lakelandfocused on whole-person,
senior-centered careworking alongside other mission-driven

seniors Low daily volume ( 18-21 patients ) Strong care
coordination support Proprietary EMR tailored to provider workflow
3-6 month commitment with potential for on-going Travel, lodging,
and malpractice provided Requirements: BC/BE in Family or Internal
Medicine Florida license or ability to obtain Experience with
