Registered Nurses (Critical Care) Location : Brooksville, FL Salary/Pay Rate : $27.09 - $41.50 per hour (based on role and experience). Generous sign-on bonuses ($5,000 - $15,000), relocation assistance, and shift differentials are available! Job Description : We are seeking dedicated clinical professionals, including Registered Nurses and Medical Technologists, to join a high-performing team. In these roles, you will provide clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high-quality, efficient care. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative environment, working together to achieve the best possible patient outcomes. We are looking for phenomenal additions who find patient care as meaningful as we do. Required Skills : Valid Florida licensure or appropriate compact license for the role. Nursing Diploma, ASN, or Associate's Degree in a related field. Current American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. Previous experience in an acute care hospital setting. Strong critical thinking, service excellence, and interpersonal communication skills. For Charge Nurse roles: Previous charge experience is mandatory. For Medical Technologist roles: A minimum of 3 years of experience. Preferred Skills : Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology. National specialty certification. Experience in high-acuity environments such as PCU, Stepdown, or specialized labs. Additional Information : Sign On Bonus? Yes!
