Experience: 1 years Flu Vaccine Required COVID-19 Vaccine: Required
Certifications: BLS Must have infusion experience. Skilled home
care experience- Will not accept private duty nursing experience
only Must have home health experience with OASIS training and
experience. IV skills and wound care General Medical Dx High risk
Dx: HF, COPD, Mi, Pneumonia, Stroke Post-op care Requirements
Registered Nurse - Home Health Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
