This locum tenens position requires a physician with broad general radiology skills, including Body, Breast, MSK, Neuro, and Nuclear Medicine expertise. The schedule highlights include one to two weeks per month, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with major and minor holiday availability. Key Details Assignment Type: Locum Tenens Setting: Hospital Start Date: ASAP Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 1–2 weeks/month Patient Population: All Ages Location: Kissimmee, FL Stipends: Housing and travel options can be discussed for non-local candidates Benefits Weekly direct deposit Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Supportive credentialing assistance Lodging and mileage reimbursement Flexible scheduling Job Responsibilities Perform and interpret imaging exams including CR, CT, US, MR, FL, NM, and MAMMO Primary focus on X-ray and CT for trauma, stroke, and pulmonary embolism cases Provide high-support ultrasound studies focused on DVT, gallbladder, and obstetric/transvaginal Engage in specialized MRI for neuro, MSK, and MRCP cases Collaborate with the interventional radiology team Qualifications Board Certified/Board Eligible in Radiology Proficiency in a wide range of radiological procedures and protocols Experience in high-volume trauma and emergency radiology preferred Valid medical license to practice in Florida Working Hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 1–2 weeks per month with flexibility for holidays Skills Strong analytical and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-acuity environment Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a significant patient's workload efficiently
