Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively In-depth knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare operations Competency in electronic health record (EHR) systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS/CPR certification Preferred certification in Case Management (CCM)
