At HCA Healthcare, we are looking for a dedicated RN Patient Flow Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in managing patient admissions, discharges, and transfers across our network, ensuring efficient patient flow and optimal use of healthcare resources. The coordinator will collaborate with various departments to maintain a seamless operation that aligns with our commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care. Manage and monitor patient admissions, discharges, and transfer processes to ensure efficient patient flow Collaborate with clinical staff and departments to address and resolve bottlenecks in patient flow Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in patient handling Analyze patient flow data to identify trends and develop improvement strategies Provide training and support to staff on patient flow procedures and best practices Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in healthcare management systems and software Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Certification in healthcare management or patient flow coordination is preferred
