Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Gainesville, FL at a skilled nursing facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA. Active Florida physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC required or may be required by the client. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Demonstrated competency in common SNF interventions including fall prevention, gait training, balance training, wheelchair assessments, and restorative programs preferred. Ability to document according to facility and regulatory standards. Electronic medical record experience preferred. Client requires clinicians to adhere to site-specific policies and workflows. Travel clinician must be able to integrate with existing interdisciplinary teams. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
