Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to
lead our inpatient rehabilitation therapy team. This role involves
guiding and mentoring a team of therapists to provide high-quality
care tailored to the specific needs of our patients. You will be
responsible for developing and implementing individualized
treatment plans, ensuring alignment with all healthcare standards.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a Master's
in Physical Therapy, along with valid licensure and five years of
practical experience. The position requires strong leadership
skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to work
