HCA Healthcare invites applications for the position of RN Clinic Geriatric Primary Care at our Crown Pointe facility. This role focuses on providing exceptional patient-centered care specifically tailored to the needs of the geriatric population. Our dedicated team works collaboratively to enhance the health and well-being of older adults by addressing their unique physical, social, and psychological needs. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to establish healthcare needs and goals. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop effective care plans. Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Regularly evaluate patient care plans and make necessary adjustments. Ensure adherence to all safety and health regulations. Strong clinical skills in geriatric care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in clinical documentation and electronic medical record systems. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license. Certification in Gerontological Nursing preferred.
