high-volume chef-driven restaurant is hiring a Sous Chef to join
their hospitality family! Are you looking for a company with a

responsibilities: Work with the back-of-house team to ensure the
staff is trained and understands the culinary program. Participate
in Management financial meetings to assist in meeting goals. Ensure
proper staffing in the kitchen. Maintain a safe and pristine
restaurant. Lead and engage staff in the expectations for
hospitality excellence. Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new
team members. Be hands-on and assist where always needed.
Experience must-haves: Current Sous Chef experience in an upscale
full-service restaurant. Excellent industry tenure and references.
A clear understanding of safety and sanitation protocols.
Professional and kind personality. Strong knowledge of current
culinary trends. Natural ability to lead a professional team.
