Job Description:

Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive company in the Orlando area in their search for a bilingual HR Generalist/BP - must be fluent in English and Spanish. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity; Some In-Office work is expected. Only candidates who live in the Orlando, Jacksonville and Tampa areas of Florida, USA area will be considered since in-office work is required.Responsibilities:

Serve as an advocate for company employees
Manage new hire onboarding on orientation
Update employee information in system
Maintain the employee handbook
Implement strategic HR plans with leadership
Manage recruiting efforts for targeted regionsRequirements:
- Must be bilingual (English + Spanish)
- Working in-office full-time is required
- At least 3 years of HR experience is preferred
- Must be a team player with strong collaborative skills
- Some travel to locations within southern region is required.
