Job Description:
Wanted: A charismatic people-magnet to help us find the real
estate industry's hidden gems and rising stars.
As our Director of Agent Recruiting, you'll be the ultimate
matchmaker between ambitious real estate professionals and their
dream brokerage (that's us, by the way). This role combines
strategic relationship building with direct outreach-including cold
calling-to attract both newly licensed and experienced agents to
our team.
You'll be the face of our "Escape the Ordinary" recruiting
campaign, articulating why agents who want more should choose us.
Your success will be measured not just in numbers (though those
matter), but in the quality and fit of the agents you bring on
board who thrive within our culture.
If you're someone who gets a rush from spotting potential,
nurturing relationships, and closing deals that change lives-and
you're not afraid to pick up the phone and make cold calls-this
role has your name all over it.
Responsibilities:
--- Outreach: Proactively contact agents through cold calls, direct
messages, and emails to introduce CENTURY 21 Edge and start
conversations about career opportunities.
--- Relationship Building: Cultivate a network of real estate
professionals at all career stages through consistent networking,
follow-up, and genuine connection.
--- Community Presence: Represent CENTURY 21 Edge at industry
events, real estate schools, and professional gatherings to
increase visibility and generate leads.
--- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of
candidates at various stages, with systematic tracking and
strategic follow-up.
--- Recruitment Events: Plan and execute compelling recruitment
events that showcase our culture and value proposition.
--- Interviews & Closing: Conduct engaging interviews, address
objections confidently, and guide candidates through the
decision-making process to signing.
--- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about competitor offerings
and industry trends to refine our approach and effectively counter
alternatives.
Qualifications:
--- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, or business
development with demonstrated success in relationship-building and
closing
--- Comfort and competence with cold calling and direct outreach
techniques
--- Real estate industry experience or knowledge preferred
(exceptional relationship builders from other industries will be
considered)
--- Track record of meeting or exceeding quantifiable goals in
recruitment or sales roles
--- Exceptional communication skills that adapt to different
personalities and experience levels
--- Self-motivation and drive with the ability to work
independently while contributing to team objectives
--- Strong networking abilities with a talent for building and
maintaining professional relationships
--- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for
community outreach activities
