dynamic HR Generalist to join their team and support day-to-day HR

HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting a range of human
resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee
relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits
administration. This role requires a hands-on, organized
professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys
solving problems while supporting employees and leadership alike.
Key responsibilities for the HR Generalist include: Manage
recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires Serve as a first
point of contact for employee questions and concerns Assist with
performance review cycles and employee development initiatives
Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with state and
federal regulations Support benefits administration and open
enrollment Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data Help
foster a positive and productive work culture Qualifications for
the HR Generalist: 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or
related HR role Must be comfortable with benefits, understands
Health Insurance, and knows how to conduct investigations. Strong
knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency with HRIS
systems and Microsoft Office Manufacturing industry experience is a
plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus but not required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
