Job Description Job Description Position: Pick/Pack Associate Location: Clearwater, FL Schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4 day Work Week) Pay: $15/hr About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in a medical equipment facility. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates who are dependable, accurate, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Fill orders accurately and efficiently Perform bin transfers and maintain inventory organization Pick and pack using CTR; maintain a pace of approximately one pallet per hour Count materials and complete required logs Organize, stock, sort, and palletize products Multitask effectively to meet daily operational goals Quota: 7 to 8 pallets a day Requirements: Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer literacy/computer skills required Ability to stand at the workstation for extended periods Effective written and verbal communication skills Background check and drug screen required Forklift experience preferred- Will Train Must be able to read/write English Why Join Us?
