Our inside sales team's primary goal is to set appointments with potential buyers and sellers. You will prospect and qualify leads that come in from a variety of sources. Building relationships and nurturing leads is vital to success in this role.

Responsibilities:
--- This role is primarily in-office with 80% to 90% of the time spent on the phone with prospective buyers and sellers.
--- Tenaciously prospect for, qualify, and follow up with seller and buyer leads.
--- Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists.
--- Utilize strong communication and follow up skills to schedule and coordinate appointments.
--- Build and manage the sales pipeline through the sales cycle through the use of our CRM.
--- Provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

--- Key skills: Excellent communication skills, strong phone voice, ability to build rapport quickly over the phone, strong sense of urgency, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
--- Mandatory requirements: Team oriented, learning-based, possessing sheer grit, and the will to succeed.
--- Real estate experience not required; must have or be willing to obtain a Florida Real Estate license.
