Job Description:
TruGreen, a leader in lawn care and landscape management, is
seeking an enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to join our
dynamic sales team. In this role, you will act as the face of
TruGreen, helping to expand our reach and impact by directly
engaging with potential residential and commercial clients. Our
ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter ready to drive sales
and deliver exceptional customer service, aligning with TruGreens
commitment to quality and tailored lawn care solutions. Generate
leads and convert them into sales by meeting with potential clients
in their homes or businesses. Perform client needs assessments to
propose tailored lawn care and pest management solutions. Build and
maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to
encourage repeat business and referrals. Meet and exceed monthly
sales targets established by sales management. Educate clients on
TruGreen’s services and the benefits of maintaining a healthy lawn
and landscape. Participate in sales training and meetings for
ongoing professional development and growth. Keep records of sales
activities and interactions in the customer relationship management
(CRM) system. Proven ability to achieve sales quotas. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Basic knowledge of lawn
care and landscape management desirable. Ability to work
independently with little supervision. Proficient in using CRM
software and MS Office. Excellent negotiation and persuasive
skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Sales training certifications a plus. Driver's license
required.
