The Client Care Associate / Client Liaison serves as the connective
tissue between our clients and advisory teams. This role exists to
ensure that every client interaction reflects the firms commitment
to excellence, responsiveness, and proactive service. This
individual safeguards the client experience from first contact
through ongoing service. They manage communication flow, coordinate
internal execution, maintain CRM accuracy, and ensure no detail
falls through the cracks. This is a client-facing role with no
supervisory responsibilities. Professional presence, discretion,
and emotional intelligence are essential. Key Responsibilities
Client Experience and Relationship Support Serve as a primary point
of contact for client service requests and general inquiries
Proactively communicate updates regarding accounts, documentation,
and next steps Ensure client requests are resolved within
established service level timelines Maintain consistent follow-up
to confirm satisfaction and completion Client Liaison and Internal
Coordination Act as liaison between advisors, operations,
custodians, and compliance teams Track deliverables to ensure
timely execution of financial planning and investment strategies
Prepare meeting materials, coordinate review meetings, and manage
follow-up action items Escalate complex matters appropriately while
preserving client confidence Client Onboarding and Account
Maintenance Coordinate new client onboarding from introduction to
account funding Process and review new business applications with
meticulous accuracy Monitor application status and communicate
progress to clients and advisors Maintain CRM records with 99
percent accuracy Administrative and Operational Excellence Manage
calendars, scheduling, and client touchpoints Prepare internal and
external correspondence aligned with firm standards Assist with
client events and educational workshops as needed Maintain
confidentiality and regulatory compliance at all times Continuous
Improvement Identify process gaps and recommend workflow
enhancements Track recurring client issues and propose preventative
solutions Stay current on firm offerings and industry developments
Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum 3 years in a client-facing or administrative role within
financial services or a professional services environment Licensing
such as FL 2-15 preferred or required within 60 days Skills and
Competencies Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite High
emotional intelligence and professional discretion Strong
organizational discipline and follow-through Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, detail-driven environment Professional Standards
Polished and professional presentation is required Demonstrates
integrity, discretion, and composure in all client interactions
Operates with urgency while maintaining accuracy
